Bespoke Orders
If you like one of our designs, and would prefer it in a different colour or size, or you have your own design ideas/gems, please contact us for a bespoke order and a no obligation quote. Describe the type of design you require (perhaps reference similar items/components on the website) and state your budget. We will then contact you via email to inform you whether or not it would be possible to make your design, and approximately how much it would cost. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for this service.
Bespoke orders can be made in sterling silver & 9ct, 18ct gold, gold fill (see below) or vermeil gold (see below).
We will ensure our best to reproduce items with exactly the same shape, size or colour components, though this cannot be guaranteed as we specialise in unique limited edition designs and may only have 1-2 items in stock.
We endeavour to complete bespoke orders as soon as possible, depending on the materials required and the complexity of the design. Orders could be ready within a week with a maximum completion time frame of no more than 5 weeks.
Do note that Items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website. This also applies to items listed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications.

Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.
Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft. In Sterling the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give strength. Other metals can replace the copper, usually with the intent to improve amongst other things its resistance to tarnish. These replacement metals include germanium, zinc, platinum as well as a variety of other additives including silicon and boron. A number of alloys claiming tarnish resistance have appeared in recent years sparking heavy competition between the various manufacturers and their different formulations. No one alloy has emerged as an industry leader or standard and ongoing alloy development is a very active area.
Sterling Silver Patina
Sterling silver jewellery that is worn continually often develops a lovely patina, a kind of glow combined with darkened areas. If you like the look, leave it alone. If you prefer a bright and shiny look for your sterling silver, use polish to restore the jewellery to its original appearance.
Gold filled jewellery
Gold filled jewellery (also called ‘gold overlay’ or ‘rolled gold plated’) consists of several mechanically bonded layers. A non-precious base is covered with the outside layer of at least 10 carat gold.
Vermeil Jewellery
Vermeil gold consists of a sterling silver base that is chemically bonded with 18 carat or higher gold. The finish looks so much like solid gold that, except for the price, it is difficult to tell the difference. This is more expensive than gold filled gold.
